Approximate sizing guide: (depends a little on height as for shorter / shorter arms people allow to have extra fabric there in your look. Possible/ but think of it. 

S/M: from 8-10+ a bit

M/L: from 10+ to about 12/14

Gentle machine washable. Pleats don’t wash out! We find this shirt is virtually good to go if hanger hung after washing. Then light steaming on main panels. After a few washes this steaming is almost unnecessary. It’s a very easy shirt!
