UK STANDARD ITEMS

We normally use Royal Mail for all online deliveries. Orders will usually leave Sansom Reed within 2-3 working days of being placed.

Royal Mail 2nd Class £3.90
The majority of parcels are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class.  

Royal Mail 1st Class £5.90

A 24HR service is also available if orders are placed before 2pm. While this service is generally good at arriving the next day, there is no absolute guarantee (subject to Royal Mail).  Please get in touch if unsure.

If you should have any delivery preferences, then please notify us at the checkout. If you place more than one order we will try our best to pack them together and refund one of your shipping costs to you, so long as the parcel is under 2KG.

UK LARGE ITEMS

Larger homeware items are sent via an appropriately priced courier – please email us at annie@sansomreed.com to discuss.  We keep the price to you at cost to us.   

UK COLLECTION 

We offer a free Click and Collect service to our shop in Marlow. Items must be collected within 24 hours of the order being placed. If this is not possible, please contact the shop on 07846 675376. 

EUROPE & WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

We offer European shipping via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed. If there are any issues when you are at the checkout, please email admin@sansomreed.com.

We offer shipping to a variety of countries across the world, if your country does not appear at the checkout please contact admin@sansomreed.com and we will get back to you ASAP.
