Do you offer international delivery?
Yes, Sansom Reed welcomes customers from around the world. This includes the UK, Australia, EU, Switzerland, USA and UAE. To place your order please ensure you provide the correct delivery details at checkout.
Kindly note that duty and customs are not included within our fees and these are born to you as a customer should they be applied by your local customs office and we can not predict or control these charges. Please be aware that International delivery takes slightly longer. For more information on customs and duties please refer to our Shipping policy.
My country of origin doesn't appear as an option at checkout…Why?

Can I add a gift note to my order?
Yes, if you would like your order to be delivered directly to the recipient, you can add a note to the order at the checkout page and we will handwrite your message and include it in your parcel.
What size should I order?
Annie always highlights bespoke sizing advice for each item under the product description, we also frequently share interactive Instagram videos to help walk you through our most popular pieces so you can see them in action! Where is my order?
You can find your order status using the tracking number provided in your original confirmation email.
If you can't find your tracking number, please get in touch and we can share this with you.
Do you accept returns?
We would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if you decide that the product you purchased is no longer required, not the right item or you simply wish to return it you can do so. We accept returns for exchange or a refund within 7-10 days of receipt of goods providing the product is unused and in its original packaging. How do I sign up to earn points and refer a friend?
It's really quick to register, just click the reward icon, found on the bottom left of our website.
Then follow the instructions as provided and activate your account, it should just take a few minutes!
How can I earn and redeem my points?
Earn 5 points for every £1 spent
100 points = £1
Save or spend your points as you wish, but remember you can't use your reward points with our checkout codes.
Kindly note points are also attributed after VAT and custom charges / shipping does not apply.

I've returned an order but my points haven't been reimbursed?
If you purchase an order using points and return this item, please email us so we can manually adjust your balance.
How do I refer my friend?
Refer a friend, by sending them a link found by clicking on the reward symbol on our website, found in the bottom left corner.
When your friend clicks the link provided, they enter their email and instantly get a £10 voucher.
Once their first order is complete, you get a £15 voucher for your next purchase.
