EXCHANGES

If you need to exchange an item, please return your purchased item by following the instructions below for a refund and purchase the new item that you wish to order. 

ONLINE RETURNS

We hope you love your online purchase but if you are not 100% happy you can return your purchase(s) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

All online returns, both domestic and international, are at the client's expense which includes import tax and duties, unless otherwise agreed. Please ensure goods are returned tracked and signed for, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that do not arrive. 

Our 14 days to return, starts from the date on tracking that the order is delivered, whether this is to you, or a neighbour etc. 

Returns can only be accepted if unworn, unmarked, with no odours / makeup. Please be careful when trying on, we recommend a scarf over the face. Items must be complete with all labels attached. Sansom Reed reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed not to be resalable. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.

Pierced jewellery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless faulty. Gift Cards and eGift Cards are also non-returnable.

In the case of returning an item from outside the UK, you will need to include a detailed invoice clearly stating that the item/s are "returning to the country of origin" and therefore not subject to import tax and duties. This should be marked on the airway bill as well. We cannot be held liable for any charges incurred due to incorrect shipping and any costs that we incur will be deducted from the amount due for a refund.

Any credit notes issued are valid for 6 months, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the team.

 

STORE OR EVENT RETURNS

Our company policy states that full priced items can be exchanged or credit note issued, if returned within 7 days of purchase to the store/event. WE NO LONGER ISSUE MONEY / CARD REFUNDS.

Returned items should be unused, and in their original condition (including all labels and tags intact). PROOF OF PURCHASE must be brought with you (we will have provided the receipt at time of purchase).

REDUCED ITEMS are sold as seen and are NON-RETURNABLE for neither exchange or credit.

Sansom Reed reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed not to be resalable. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.

It is not possible to use our online returns service for purchases made in our shop or at an event. All physical exchanges must be made to the shop.

Full price items bought at pop-up events can be exchanged at that event, or at our Marlow shop, within 7 days.
