If all the items are in stock you should receive an email with tracking information within two days of your order. Be sure to check your spam folder if you have not heard from us. If you are having trouble tracking your order, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

The majority of parcels are sent Royal Mail, either 2nd Class*** (the default option), 1st Class** is selectable at the time of checking out, likewise Next Day*.

*While this is generally really good at arriving the next day, there is no absolute guarantee.

**Hopefully, and generally, a 24 hour service.

***Over the years, we have found this to be mostly around 2 days, but if quieter times, it can make it next day, but can take longer.

In times of postal strikes back log/problems, your order may be handed to Evri, who will not produce a signature of delivery, but should provide a photo.  If you prefer your order is not sent this method, then please note this on your order when at checkout.

Larger homeware items are sent via an appropriately priced courier.

Please note: Our 14 days to return, starts from the date on tracking that the order is delivered, whether this is to you, or a neighbour etc. 

ONLINE RETURNS:

We hope you love your online purchase but if you not 100% happy you can return your purchase(s) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. All  online returns, both domestic and international, are at the client's expense which includes import tax and duties, unless otherwise agreed. 

If you need to exchange an item, please return by following the instructions below for a refund and purchase the new item that you wish to order. 

Returns can only be accepted if unworn, unmarked, with no odours / makeup. Please be careful when trying on, we recommend a scarf over the face. Items must be complete with all labels attached. Any returns should be sent to the following address, enclosing a copy of your packing slip, with your name and order number.

Please ensure goods are returned tracked and signed for, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that do not arrive. Kindly note we do not cover the cost of returns and this is the expense of each client. Gift Cards and eGift Cards are also non-returnable.

In the case of returning an item from outside the UK, you will need to include a detailed invoice clearly stating that the item/s are "returning to the country of origin" and therefore not subject to import tax and duties. This should be marked on the airway bill as well. We cannot be held liable for any charges incurred due to incorrect shipping and any costs that we incur will be deducted from the amount due to for a refund.

Any credit notes issued are valid for 6 months, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the team.

STORE OR EVENT RETURNS

Full price items can be returned within 7 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange. 

All items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused with swing tags attached. Sansom Reed reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed not to be resalable. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.

Pierced jewellery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless faulty. It is not possible to use our online returns service for purchases made in our shop or at an event. All physical returns must be made to a shop.

Full price items bought at pop up events can be returned at that event, or at our Marlow shop, within 7 days.  These items cannot be returned by post.
