This collar is fastenend with long ties, so any size neck will work.
100% cotton.
The designers label states: Dry Clean Only. However, they would recommend if strictly real hand washing, this could be fine. The problem they have with labelling 'hand wash' is users then put in the hand wash cycle of the machine, which is not advised.
